Use this lame to score you breads and sign them with your own unique mark. The Motherdough Round lame comes with 5 blades and an optional genuine leather pouch.

The wooden circular handle is shaped like a hockey puck, edged to provide grip twist open and close. The blade is easy to fit.

This lame helps to score the bread to create clean cuts for designs. The blade slices cleanly into the dough to create cuts that open with flat edges. If you want to cut to produce ears on your loaves, try our traditional lame.

The wood is sealed with a food grade oil hardened resin.
