Wood is the ideal surface for kneading and resting dough. Considering many of us have stone or quartz work surfaces in our kitchen, this board gives you the opportunity to knead and bench-rest your dough on the best surface.
The Motherdough Kneading Board is designed to fit on your kitchen worktop. It is wide and offers a large work area. It has a lip for stability and is raised on 3 sides to prevent flour from going all over your kitchen, making clean up a breeze. It also makes it easy to move your dough around, or to create extra space in the kitchen by placing the board on your hob for example.
The birch board is sealed with a food grade resin-hardened oil. It requires very little maintenance. The structure of the ply makes it robust.
