We came up with this loaf by mistake, and we are so glad we did.
This is essentially our classic white bread with olives mashed into the dough during kneading. This bread undergoes a different fermentation to the classic white, and we treat it differently in the oven.
The result is a gorgeous picnic bread with a delicate fragrance of olive in every slice.
