This special bread is made with 60% imported Italian semolina. Semolina is the hard wheat flour used to make top quality dry pasta.

This is a Sicilian style bread with a sprinkling of sesame seeds. It has a robust full flavoured crumb and thin crispy crust. 

The taste experience is elevated with the sesame seeds on the crust that toast in the oven during the bake. 

This is a fantastic bread choice for sandwiches and toasties. It makes a good general eating bread and works will for picnics and alfresco lunches with cold meats & cheeses.
