This is our “traditional” sourdough loaf. A fragrant bread made from white stoneground flour with extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and spring water. 

 

The crumb is light and soft, with a thin, crispy crust. The crust does not get excessively hard when toasting.

 

This is a great all-round eating bread where a simple goes-with-everything choice is required. It is a good bread choice for breakfast.

 

Shelf life 3 days.

Freezes well.
